Eating habits are learned behaviors; they're not intuitive. So much of what our children learn to eat at home early in life sticks with them well into adulthood. The foods we feed them today will be the foods they carry forward, feeding their children and their children's children. The magnitude of your role is gigantic, yet can be made more simple with easy to make pure whole food snacks.

It starts with imagination and creativity. Because we all know kids gotta have fun. Snacks are very important for kids, because children can't eat a lot at one time. So keeping snacks super healthy and nutrient dense is key. To introduce them to eating clean and green, try these easy Raw food popsicles made with all organic fruit.


1 pound fresh ripe organic strawberries
½ cup of organic 100% pure fresh orange juice
2 tablespoons pure organic Raw agave

One: Place all the ingredients in the VitaMix or other high powered blender and process until thoroughly smooth.
Two: Pour mixture evenly into six 3 ounce pop molds, making sure to leave a ½ inch space for expansion at the top.
Three: Freeze for 4-6 hours.
Four: When ready to serve, run pop mold under warm water to loosen.
Five: Share together.

VOILA!!! You have made the best snack on Planet Earth.
